For 25 years, AICO/Amini Innovation Corp has been known for original, high quality and intricately designed home furnishings. CEO and Founder, Michael Amini, combines his extensive world travels and his affinity for fashion to create the inspiration for each distinctive design. More recently, Michael was joined in early 2010 by world-renowned actress and artist Jane Seymour to launch a new design division for AICO. Luxury home furnishings brand seeks a talented web developer/designer for a full time position in the marketing department. Applicant should have great technical skills with an eye for design. Applicant should be comfortable working a M-F 8-5 position in a corporate environment. Applicant must be self-motivated and driven to design, develop and maintain all aspects of company's online presence.
Job Duties include:
Maintain and update a consumer website that brings 2000+ unique visitors a day.
Maintain and update commerce portal, marketing portal, and dropbox content directory.
Discuss and drive the development of a high-end luxury consumer website and it's components.
Present wire-frame and mockups for collaboration with other designers using creative suite.
Create web-optimized image assets for a variety of mediums including web pages, ads, eblasts, or mobile apps.
Design and code engaging and optimized email campaigns for consumer and trade audiences.
Manage internal web portal with continuous time sensitive updates.
Collaborate with marketing team on web-based marketing strategies.
Act as point person for all third party web assets.
Work harmoniously with the IT department on integrated web systems.
Monitor Analytics and make weekly reports.
4 year degree or higher in related field.
3+ years of experience Developing and Maintaining a luxury website.
jQuery, Ajax, json, bootstrap, Microsoft Business Solutions (NAVISION)
High level of Photoshop and Creative Suite skills is required.
Knowledge in PC and Mac platforms.
Understanding of iPad and mobile application development.
Self motivation and energy is ESSENTIAL.
Marketing Experience Preferred
Must be excited to work for a luxury brand as part of the marketing team.
Must be organized and punctual.
Good team attitude is required.
