Q: Do you have any dealers located near me?

Q: Can I order directly from you?
A: We are a business-to-business company, and as such, do not sell directly to the public. Please contact your local dealer for pricing and ordering. You can find the dealer closest to your location by using our Store Locator.

Q: When are you going to post pictures of your new collections?
A: We hope to have images available of our new collections as soon as possible after first showing, however, often revisions on pieces are needed, and therefore, we do not want to post anything until the product has been fully completed and ready for sale.

Q: What is the retail price for the collection I am looking at?
A: For any kind of pricing, please contact your local dealer, as each dealer sets his or her own price for our furniture.

Q: Where can I get touch-up stain for my collection?
A: Please contact the dealer from whom you purchased your AICO® product.  They should either assist you in obtaining the touch-up markers you need, or advise you on where you can purchase them. AICO® does not stock touch-up markers.

Q: I ordered my furniture a while ago from my local dealer, and have yet to receive my order. Do you know where my furniture is?
A: Please contact the AICO® dealer with whom you placed your order to inquire about shipping.   They are the source of all tracking information for your order.  If you feel there is a problem, please contact us and we will attempt to assist you.

A: To receive a duplicate copy of the assembly instructions for your AICO® product, please contact the AICO® dealer from whom you purchased, or you may contact us and we will email you another set.

Q: Why are there irregularities in texture and finish on my wood furniture?
A: These are the distinctive grains of the finished wood. Each piece has different patterns and characteristics, making each product unique.

Q: Will my furniture change color or fade over time?
A: Yes. All materials will change in color overtime, but nothing so drastic as to be noticed on a daily basis. The most obvious cause of color fading is the sun; therefore, occasional rotating of cushions, or moving of furniture is advisable to prevent any noticeable color changes.

Q: Where is the furniture made?
A: All AICO® furniture is made in its factories throughout Asia. Only the most skilled craftsmen are employed, so as to comply with the strict standards of quality that AICO® expects.

Q: Can I purchase AICO® furniture online?
A: AICO® sells product only to authorized furniture retailers, some of whom augment their business with online sales. If you decide to purchase from an online dealer, we suggest checking to be sure that they are an authorized AICO® dealer. You can find a listing of authorized dealers via the Store Locator on our website. Feel free to contact us if in doubt.

A: The first person you should contact with any questions would be the dealer from whom you purchased your furniture. They are knowledgeable about AICO®, and their relationship with us gives them the most up-to-date information available.

A: Please contact the dealer from whom you purchased your furniture. They will identify the cause, and determine the proper course of action.

A: No. Our products are only found in a retail environment, or on the website of an authorized dealer. You can find the store closest to your location by visiting our Store Locator.
